Lisa is based by the Bristol Channel waterfront in Clevedon, south of Bristol. She runs year round chocolate workshops for anyone wanting to learn the art of the chocolatier. Lisa’s chocolate obsession started from a young age with her fascination with the chocolate laden glass fronted counters at Bonnets. A Bonnets hand decorated Easter egg, filled with a selection of chocolates wrapped in a Bonnets logo paper bag, nestled in a white Bonnet box, snug with shredded paper, was the highlight of her childhood years growing up in Scarborough!
