Vouchers and Expired Lockdown Vouchers

If you have expired vouchers due to covid, I kindly ask that you adhere to the ts and cs on the reverse of your voucher.

Expired vouchers can be reinstated for £25 or book with a new paying guest.

Children

Our classes are not suitable for children under the age of 11/Yr6. A parent or guardian must be in attendance for the duration of a childrens birthday party.

Birthday workshops are suitable for children age 11 or school year 6.

Younger siblings (age 7 plus) attending birthday workshops are welcome if assisted by a parent.

Our classes are designed with adults in mind.

The blend of the chocolate is milkier than the blend (33% milk blended with 70% dark) we would normally use in an adult class.

If the child attending a hands on chocolate class (excluding childrens birthday party’s) is age 12-14 they would need a fully paying adult (over 18) to pay and attend with them.

Children aged 10-12 are welcome if they are part of a group booking of ten plus people. (You are welcome to discuss your blend choice to be milkier when you book a group). If the group is made up of children only, an adult (non paying) must stay in attendance throughout the class.

Groups

A deposit can be paid and the balance on the day (no voucher will be issued). Full payment on booking entitles you to vouchers for your group. In the event of not being able to attend a class another person can be sent in your place or you can book another date as long as at least 4 days notice is given. Vouchers are valid for six months. (refunds can be given within 7 days of purchase). In the event of a voucher expiring, either pay £25 to extend its life forever or book a paying friend to come with you. Cancellations made without booking a new date lose deposits. Cancellations with less than seven days notice will incurr the balance to be paid also, unless a new date is arranged.

Your cancellation rights, we understand that things can happen!

From the point of payment or any deposit, you have a seven-day period to be entitled to a refund.

After seven days you are not entitled to a refund (but can either move your booking to a different date if more than 14 days before your booking) or send someone else in your place.

Otherwise, your deposit is non refundable.

Our cancellation rights

No shows - there are no refunds for failing to cancel or not attending a booked class. In the event of a balance being owed, we will seek to claim reasonable funds from you, taking legal action if necessary. In the event that we need to cancel a class or are unexpectedly closed, you are entitled to a full refund or book another class of your own choice within 6 months.
