We reserve the right to cancel any workshop and offer the client another date of their choice. Payment is required on booking. All prices include VAT and we accept Visa, Delta, Switch Amex and Maestro card payments.

'Vouchers must be used within three months or by the end of the date on the voucher. Cancellations require at least 48 hours notice in which case a new date can be booked at no extra cost. No refunds for booked workshops cancelled less than 48 hours or a missed workshop once a date has been booked.
Please do not arrive early for any workshop. You will be welcome to enter at the time your workshop starts - no earlier.
